In summer the temperature averages 29 C during the day and 17 C at night. Although warm and dry there is often a refreshing sea breeze in the afternoon. The skies are usually blue with few clouds making Perth the ideal environment for enjoying an outdoor lifestyle.

It is advisable to use sunscreen and wear a hat and sunglasses in the summer as the sun can be very strong.
